In concrete sawing and drilling, site conditions directly affect the work rate and the wear on diamond tooling, so an initial estimate is given as a range. The range accounts for the exact slab thickness, the amount of rebar (reinforced concrete), the number of cut points, and access to the work area. A final, binding price is set once we understand all the on-site variables - usually from a photo or short WhatsApp video.
The minimum order for a sawing crew is ₪1,790 (roughly 5 linear meters of standard sawing). Smaller jobs are still priced at this minimum, because it covers the crew, bringing the heavy sawing equipment, and setup on site. For the full breakdown see the sawing price list.
Travel is included in the price within our service areas. Only in exceptional cases (a very remote location or a special urgent trip) may an arrival charge apply, and it is always disclosed in advance, transparently, before any work begins. The minimum order covers the crew, equipment, and setup on site.
Trom-Project is a professional assessment service for large, complex projects, priced at ₪800 + VAT. It includes an on-site visit, a review of the structural drawings, and a detailed, accurate quote for all stages of the work. When the project goes ahead, the Trom-Project fee is credited against the total project cost.
Opening a doorway in a concrete wall starts from ₪1,500 for a standard wall about 20 cm thick, and rises with concrete thickness, rebar density, and access difficulty. Window openings, niches, or widening an existing opening follow the same principles. Any opening in a load-bearing wall requires structural-engineer approval in advance.
The main factors are concrete thickness, cut length or hole diameter and depth, concrete type (plain vs. heavily reinforced), working height, access to the work point, and the availability of three-phase power on site. The larger and more concentrated the work at one site, the lower the unit price. Possible add-ons include a generator, crushing and removal, or work at unusual heights.
The most efficient way is to send a photo or short video of the work area on WhatsApp, along with basic measurements (concrete thickness, cut length, or hole diameter and quantity) and the location. We return a preliminary estimate based on these, and a final quote after verifying site conditions. You can also use the price calculator for an instant ballpark figure.
The prices on the site and in the price list are "starting from" figures used as a reference point. The final price is set once we understand the concrete thickness, access, working height, and the specific requirements at each site. The quote you receive is itemized, so nothing gets tacked on at the end.
Yes. The larger and more concentrated the work at one site, the lower the unit price (per linear meter or per hole) drops significantly. For large projects we can arrange a daily-crew route, which reduces the overall cost compared with pricing by single units. We also work with contractors and renovators, and we will gladly tailor a quote to the scope of work and the specific requirements of the project.
