Is there an arrival charge to the site?

Travel is included in the price within our service areas. Only in exceptional cases (a very remote location or a special urgent trip) may an arrival charge apply, and it is always disclosed in advance, transparently, before any work begins. The minimum order covers the crew, equipment, and setup on site.

What is "Trom-Project" and when is it needed?

Trom-Project is a professional assessment service for large, complex projects, priced at ₪800 + VAT. It includes an on-site visit, a review of the structural drawings, and a detailed, accurate quote for all stages of the work. When the project goes ahead, the Trom-Project fee is credited against the total project cost.

Opening a doorway in a concrete wall starts from ₪1,500 for a standard wall about 20 cm thick, and rises with concrete thickness, rebar density, and access difficulty. Yes. The larger and more concentrated the work at one site, the lower the unit price (per linear meter or per hole) drops significantly. Professional diamond saws and core drills run on three-phase power and also need an available water point to cool the blade. If the site has no three-phase power, we supply an industrial generator at a daily cost of ₪1,690 + VAT. We recommend checking power and water availability in advance so we can price the job accurately.

A crane is needed when the cut concrete sections are too heavy to crush or carry out safely by hand, or when sawing beams and ceilings where the cut element could fall. Yes. We offer a "3 holes for ₪990" package for standard cores at the same site. For larger quantities the unit price keeps dropping, and it pays to group all drilling points into one crew visit. We will gladly price a package based on the quantity and diameters you need.

Can you drill into reinforced concrete?

Yes. Diamond drilling with a fixed rig works on heavily reinforced concrete as well. Our diamond tooling cuts through the rebar (steel) and delivers a clean, accurate hole without damaging the structure. Especially dense reinforced concrete may extend the working time slightly and therefore affect the price.

Can you drill into a concrete ceiling?

Yes. We perform controlled ceiling cores using a fixed rig suited to overhead work, with full control of the machine and water supply and in line with safety requirements. Ceiling drilling is common for plumbing and air-conditioning routes between floors. Here too, any potential impact on a load-bearing element requires consulting an engineer first.

The right diameter is set by the type of utility and the requirement, and if you are unsure we will recommend the correct one. For especially large diameters we use dedicated equipment and proper anchoring of the rig.

Yes, but it is work that requires stronger equipment and high skill, due to the thick concrete and heavy rebar in mamad walls. We perform the cut exactly according to the approved engineering instructions.

This allows openings and structural modifications even in a lived-in home, with minimal disruption to the occupants.

Do you haul the concrete to a licensed disposal site?

Our standard service includes loading the cut concrete into a bin located at the client’s site. If off-site removal to a licensed construction-waste facility is required, the service is coordinated and priced separately with a haulage contractor. We work in accordance with the construction-waste disposal rules required by law.

We operate Sunday to Thursday between 07:00 and 19:00, and on Fridays between 07:00 and 13:00. We are closed on Shabbat. Quotes are returned within 24 hours on business days. Sawing and drilling jobs are scheduled in advance according to crew availability.

Do you carry out night work?

Yes - night work is common in industrial zones, malls, and commercial centers, and is sometimes preferred there to avoid disrupting daytime activity. Residential buildings are different: under Israeli noise-prevention regulations, noisy work near residential areas is prohibited after 19:00 on weekdays (17:00 on the eve of a rest day), and the client is responsible for obtaining a night-work permit from the local authority before work begins. Either way, we will gladly schedule the job and price it accordingly for the off-hours.

What is your liability in case of damage to utilities?

We work with great care and check the route before every cut, but it is the client’s responsibility to mark and flag in advance any water, electrical, sewage, or gas lines running inside the concrete. Responsibility for the engineer’s or surveyor’s measurements rests with the client. Correctly marking the utilities before the work prevents damage and ensures a safe cut.

For sensitive jobs we can plan additional noise reduction.

You can pay in cash (as permitted by law), by bank transfer, or by check subject to approval. Payment is made upon completion of the work - we do not require a deposit. No. All prices shown on the site and in the price list are before VAT, as is customary in the construction industry. The VAT rate is 18% by law and is added to the final amount. The quote you receive will clearly state both the pre-VAT amount and the total amount.

No. We do not charge a deposit - payment is made upon completion of the work on site. This approach reflects full confidence in the quality of our work and transparency toward the client. For especially large projects, orderly payment terms can be arranged in advance.

What happens if I cancel at the last minute?

Canceling at least 24 hours in advance is free of charge. Canceling on the workday itself, after the crew has already set out, will incur a "mobilization cancellation" fee according to your order terms - this covers the crew time and equipment that were allocated. Coordinating changes in advance lets us reschedule the crew and avoids a charge.
