Pricing

How much does concrete sawing cost?

The price of concrete sawing varies by concrete thickness, cut length, element type, access conditions, work height, need for three-phase power or a generator, and crushing and removal. If the site has no three-phase (380V) power connection, we supply a professional generator as part of the service. To get an initial price estimate, it is best to send a photo or video of the work area.

The final price is set after verifying the execution conditions and operational coordination. Every quote is presented as "from" or as a price range, until final approval.

How does the work proceed?

A clear and straightforward process - from the first WhatsApp message to the completion of work on site.

We carry out precise sawing, and if needed, crushing and removal

We perform the work professionally, precisely and cleanly - including crushing and removal to a licensed site if required.

Precise, safe and orderly work

Concrete sawing requires proper planning, suitable equipment, structural understanding and consideration of site conditions. Unprofessional work can damage wall stability, foundations or hidden utilities. The Even Derech crew carries out the work with professional equipment, a track saw and remote control, using water to cool the blade and reduce dust, in accordance with safety requirements.

For work on load-bearing walls, mamad rooms and other structural elements - we always recommend engaging a structural engineer. We do not provide instructions for self-performed sawing, as it is dangerous work that requires professional equipment and experience.

Diamond blade for concrete sawing with a precise cut line

The precision of a diamond blade

A professional diamond blade enables more precise and clean cutting in concrete, in line with the concrete thickness and type of work. In wet sawing, the blade is cooled with water - which extends its life, reduces dust and ensures a smooth cut line.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Professional answers about diamond concrete sawing, pricing and the work process.

Diamond concrete sawing is a professional cutting method that uses industrial diamond blades and saws to cut concrete, reinforced concrete, and stone precisely and cleanly. It allows cutting without the vibrations that can crack a structure, producing a straight, smooth edge that needs little patching. The work is done wet, with water, which suppresses dust almost completely and keeps the site clean.
Mechanical chipping and demolition (electric hammer, jackhammer) create strong vibrations, noise, heavy dust, and a real risk of cracks and damage to the surrounding structure. Diamond sawing, by contrast, cuts the concrete in a controlled, precise manner along a defined line, without harming adjacent elements. That is why diamond sawing is the preferred method for openings, cutting load-bearing walls, and modifications in occupied buildings.
Yes. We saw internal and external concrete walls, load-bearing and non-load-bearing, in any thickness, using a track-mounted diamond saw for a straight, precise cut and a clean finish. Wall sawing is common for door and window openings, connecting spaces, and widening existing openings. Any cut in a load-bearing or shelter (mamad) wall requires structural-engineer approval in advance.
Yes. We saw concrete floors for utility routes, access openings, plumbing adjustments, and shafts, as well as ceilings and beams within major renovations and building upgrades. Floor sawing is usually more accessible and therefore can be cheaper than wall sawing, while sawing a ceiling or load-bearing beam is sensitive engineering work that requires temporary shoring and sometimes a crane.
With a diamond blade we can saw concrete up to about 60 cm thick in a single-sided cut. For greater thicknesses - massive walls, foundations, or thick beams - we switch to wire sawing, which allows cutting with virtually no thickness limit. The method is chosen based on concrete thickness, rebar amount, and site access.
Standard working height is up to 2.5 m from floor level. Work above that requires special preparation - scaffolding, lift platforms, or dedicated equipment - and is priced according to the logistical complexity and safety requirements. It helps to mention work-at-height up front so we can include it in the quote.
Professional diamond saws and core drills run on three-phase power and also need an available water point to cool the blade. If the site has no three-phase power, we supply an industrial generator at a daily cost of ₪1,690 + VAT. We recommend checking power and water availability in advance so we can price the job accurately.
A crane is needed when the cut concrete sections are too heavy to crush or carry out safely by hand, or when sawing beams and ceilings where the cut element could fall. The crane secures the cut piece and lowers it to the ground in a controlled way. The need for a crane is assessed in advance and priced as part of the project setup.
