What We Collect

• Name, phone number, email address - from site forms and WhatsApp messages
• Photos of the wall or work area sent for a quote
• Browsing data - IP address, browser type, pages viewed (via Google Tag Manager)

Why We Collect It

• Responding to inquiries and providing quotes
• Scheduling and coordinating work
• Improving the site and customer service (analytics only, no personal identification)

Providing details is voluntary. Without a name and phone number we cannot send you a quote.

Transfer to Third Parties

• Google LLC (USA) - for analytics via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Cloudflare Inc. (USA) - for website hosting and protection against attacks

Your personal information is not sold or transferred to commercial parties. Transfers to the USA are made under data protection agreements.

Data Retention

• Contact details and leads: 24 months from the last inquiry
• Photos sent via WhatsApp for a quote: 12 months
• Anonymous analytics data: per Google Analytics policy

Your Rights

Under Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law (2025) you have the right to:

• Access - see what details are stored about you
• Correction - correct inaccurate details
• Deletion - request deletion of your data
• Objection - object to a specific use of your data

Photos, Plans, and Drawings

Clients sometimes send photos of the wall, the architectural plan, or floor plans - via WhatsApp, the site form, or email - for the purpose of preparing a quote.

• Photos and drawings are used solely for preparing the quote
• They are not transferred to third parties and are not used for any other purpose
• Photos sent via WhatsApp are stored on WhatsApp/Meta servers in accordance with their privacy policy
• Photos and drawings sent by email or the site form are deleted within 12 months of project completion or the last inquiry
• To request early deletion - send an email toinfo@ednisur.co.il

Data Security

The site operates on encrypted HTTPS. Access to lead data is restricted to the Even Derech team only and is password-protected.

Terms of Use

1. Services

Even Derech (licensed contractor 315131490) provides diamond concrete sawing, drilling, opening formation, crushing, and concrete removal services across Israel. No travel surcharge applies.

Every site visit is subject to an assessment of site conditions. If, after assessing the site, the work proves technically unfeasible, Even Derech will notify the client and no fee will be charged for the assessment visit.

2. Booking Process

Service requests can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through the site form. The booking process:

1. The client contacts us and describes the required work (preferably with a photo)
2. Even Derech returns a quote within one business day
3. After client approval - a date is scheduled
4. Work is carried out and checked with the client
5. Payment on completion, unless otherwise agreed

Verbal or written confirmation of a date constitutes acceptance of these terms of use.

3. Prices and Quotes

• All prices on the site are "from" prices and exclude VAT (18%)
• A quote provided via WhatsApp, form, or phone is not a binding contract - the final price is determined after site assessment
• Minimum order for sawing: 1,800 ILS before VAT; for drilling: 1,200 ILS before VAT
• Changes in work scope discovered on site (different wall thickness, reinforcements, hard materials) may affect the price - Even Derech will notify before proceeding
• No travel surcharge applies

4. Payment Terms

• Payment on completion of work on site, unless a different arrangement is agreed in advance in writing
• For large projects, staged payment can be arranged - by agreement only
• A tax invoice will be issued within 14 days of payment
• Late payment of more than 30 days may incur statutory late-payment interest

5. Client Obligations Before Work

The client is responsible for preparing the location before the crew arrives:

• Clear furniture, equipment, and belongings from the work area and access route
• Ensure free access to the area - parking for the truck/equipment vehicle, available lift, or clear stairway access
• Ensure three-phase power is available on site; without three-phase power, a generator surcharge of ₪1,700 per day applies
• Ensure water supply for blade cooling (wet sawing) - a tap accessible throughout the work
• Obtain written structural engineer approval before work on a load-bearing wall, ceiling, beam, column, or protected room (mamad)
• Inform Even Derech in advance of any known services in the wall: plumbing, electrical wiring, AC, gas
• Obtain a valid building permit if the opening legally requires one under the Planning and Building Law

6. Night Work

Work after 19:00 on weekdays or after 17:00 on Fridays is classified as night work under the Nuisance Prevention Regulations, 1992. Night work is carried out in commercial buildings and infrastructure projects only.

• The client is responsible for obtaining a night-work permit from the local authority before work begins
• Night work will be priced separately according to hours and project conditions
• Even Derech will not perform noisy work near residential buildings outside legal hours under any circumstances

7. Hazardous Materials

Even Derech does not carry out work on materials containing asbestos without explicit approval and supervision by a qualified party under the Asbestos Regulations. If a suspected material is discovered during work - the crew will stop and immediately notify the client.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation 48 hours or more before the date: no charge
• Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the date: may incur partial cancellation fees
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the date or no-show: may incur full cancellation fees
• Rescheduling with 48 hours or more notice: no cost, subject to availability

9. Workmanship Warranty

Even Derech undertakes to carry out work in accordance with the agreement and professional standards. If a direct defect in the workmanship is discovered, it must be reported within 7 days of work completion. Even Derech will attend to inspect and remedy at its own cost defects caused directly by the execution, subject to on-site inspection.

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by undisclosed hidden services, pre-existing construction defects discovered during work, cosmetic cracks in the plaster around the opening resulting from normal work vibrations, or any damage resulting from the client's decision to forgo a structural engineer's opinion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Even Derech's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific work in question. There is no liability for indirect damages, loss of income, project delays, or consequential damages.

11. Website Use

• The site is intended for information and contact purposes only
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, send spam through the forms, or attempt to damage the site infrastructure
• Automated scanning, scraping, or bulk downloading of content from the site is prohibited
• Even Derech may block access to users who misuse the site

12. Intellectual Property

All site content - texts, images, logo, calculators, design - belongs to Even Derech and is protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, republishing, or making commercial use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

13. Changes to Terms

Even Derech may update these terms at any time. An updated version will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the site or service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Jurisdiction

Israeli law governs any dispute relating to the use of the site or Even Derech's services. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes amicably. If no agreement is reached - exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Tel Aviv.
